《劉明珠》是潮劇經典 — 明代清官海瑞為劉明珠伸冤的故事，此處由廣東潮劇團演出，范澤華飾劉明珠、張長城飾海瑞（見盒內剪報），錄滿一盤一千七百呎長帶。這盤帶與第25盤前後銜接 — 外公在卡上寫明「接下：乳燕迎春、蘆林會至完」，可見他按次序一帶錄滿再續一帶，像編自己的全集。盒蓋貼著邵氏《陳三五娘》彩色劇照，盒底是春秋唱片行的週年廣告。剪報中飾海瑞的張長城，一九四四年童年被賣入戲班，後來被尊為「潮劇老生王」，二〇二〇年一月十八日辭世。卡上「接下」的《乳燕迎春》是一九六二年鴻圖出品的電影，片中正嵌有《蘆林會》與《刺梁驥》選段 — 至於帶上緊隨的《蘆林會》是否即出於此，尚無定論。《刘明珠》是潮剧经典 — 明代清官海瑞为刘明珠伸冤的故事，此处由广东潮剧团演出，范泽华饰刘明珠、张长城饰海瑞（见盒内剪报），录满一盘一千七百呎长带。这盘带与第25盘前后衔接 — 外公在卡上写明「接下：乳燕迎春、芦林会至完」，可见他按次序一带录满再续一带，像编自己的全集。盒盖贴著邵氏《陈三五娘》彩色剧照，盒底是春秋唱片行的周年广告。剪报中饰海瑞的张长城，一九四四年童年被卖入戏班，后来被尊为「潮剧老生王」，二〇二〇年一月十八日辞世。卡上「接下」的《乳燕迎春》是一九六二年鸿图出品的电影，片中正嵌有《芦林会》与《刺梁骥》选段 — 至于带上紧随的《芦林会》是否即出于此，尚无定论。Liu Mingzhu is a Teochew classic — the story of the incorruptible Ming official Hai Rui winning justice for Liu Mingzhu — performed here by the Guangdong Teochew Opera Troupe, with Fan Zehua in the title role and Zhang Changcheng as Hai Rui (per the cast clipping he kept in the box), filling a full 1,700-foot long-play reel. The tape links straight into reel 25: his card says 'continuing: Young Swallows Greet the Spring; Meeting at Lulin, through to the end' — he recorded in sequence, reel after reel, like a man compiling his own collected edition. The Shaw Brothers' Chen San and Wuniang stills line the lid; a record shop's anniversary ad lines the base. Zhang Changcheng, the Hai Rui of the cast clipping, was sold to an opera troupe as a child performer in 1944 and grew to be honoured as 'the king of the old-sheng role'; he died on 18 January 2020. The Young Swallows Greet the Spring on the card is the 1962 Hongtu film, which itself wove in excerpts of Meeting at Lulin and Stabbing Liang Ji — whether the Lulin that follows on this tape comes from it remains an open question.
